Zusammenfassung

Erste Group seeks an intern for our Employer Branding Team in Vienna. You will develop content for social channels, especially LinkedIn, with a holistic approach to storytelling and visuals. You’ll analyze KPIs and help optimize strategies while collaborating with recruiting and cross-functional teams.

This part-time internship from November offers flexible hours (minimum 30 hours/week), an international environment, and an internship allowance of €2,745.32 gross per month (full-time basis).

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying communication, marketing, HR or related field.
• Strong interest in AI tools and digital trends.
• Passion for social media, writing, and visual design.
• Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills with structured presentation design and KPI reporting.
• Analytical mindset and interest in performance metrics.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently developing content for our social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, this involves a holistic approach to text, storytelling, and visual execution
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and collaborating with the team to identify optimization strategies
• Creatively visualize processes, figures and content in a clear, engaging and brand-aligned way (for presentations, social media and internal communication)
• Maintain and further develop our presence on career platforms such as kununu, ensuring consistency, relevance and up to date content
• Active collaboration in recruiting projects and close cooperation with the recruiting team, strengthening cross functional teamwork
• Collaborate on target group specific HR communication across various channels (internal & external)
• Active input into ongoing employer branding projects, always with a focus on the candidate experience
• Support the team with operational and administrative tasks and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics

Your Background:

• Currently studying communication, marketing, HR or related field
• Strong interest in AI tools and digital trends
• Passion for social media, writing, and visual design
• Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a focus on structured presentation design, storytelling, basic data analysis and KPI based reporting
• Analytical mindset and interest in performance metrics
• Structured and self-organized work style, flexible attitude
• Strong German and English language skills
