Zusammenfassung

A leading semiconductor company in Villach seeks committed students in Technical Chemistry or similar for a role in semiconductor manufacturing. You'll work in a cleanroom, operate advanced analytical tools, and provide high-quality measurement results. This is a flexible, part-time or full-time position lasting a minimum of 6 months.

You love technology, a dynamic environment and want to be part of state-of-the-art developments and you are committed student from the field of Technical Chemistry, Chemical and Process Engineering, Physics or similar? The Frontend cluster is responsible for the planning, quality and productivity of its semiconductor manufacturing and drives related process and manufacturing innovations. Our team in Villach is looking forward to receiving your application!

In your new role you will:

  • Work in the cleanroom environment with a small team
  • Operate traceanalysis in state-of-the-art analytical tools such as VPD,ICPMS, AAS, TXRF, AD-GCMS, Titrator, UV, Liquid particle and other little tools
  • Deliver reliable high quality of measurement results, specifically from trace analysis measurements on wafer level as well as in other mediums (Boxes/FOUP, DI water, concentrated chemicals, etc.)

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time orPart-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months


You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Technical Chemistry, Chemical and Process Engineering, Physics or similarand are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Knowledge of data evaluation and interpretation
  • A chemical background
  • The ability to work independently but also enjoy working in a team
  • Good communication skills in German and English
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students(https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
