You are currently studying Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field? At Infineon's Design Center Villach (DCV) we connect the real with the digital world. We focus on the development of circuits that process digital and analog signals. Our team in Villach is looking forward to receiving your application! In your new role you will:
- Developing and implementing AI/ML algorithms for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools
- Conducting research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Enhancing existing EDA tools with AI/ML and automation capabilities to improve performance, accuracy and efficiency
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML related to EDA
- Developing and maintaining the software codebase
Further Information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 and 7)
Duration: min. 12 months
You successfully meet the requirements if you are a motivated and committed master student from the field of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
- Strong programming skills, particularly in languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and EDA
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge in Git, Jira, and Unix
- The ability to be a good team player and the willingness to work in an international team
- Excellent spoken English skills
