Maison Wider SA is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator (M/F) to oversee import-export flows across our operations in Bussigny and Montreux. The role focuses on organizing transport, planning shipments, and ensuring strict adherence to Incoterms and customs regulations.

The successful candidate will manage documents, liaise with carriers and customs, and quickly propose solutions to disruptions. French and English fluency is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in freight forwarding or import-export department required.
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate transport, plan and monitor shipments and international dispatches of our work
• Prepare and check transport documents and import-export customs formalities

Profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Commercial Employee or an equivalent qualification, with significant experience in a freight forwarding company or an import-export department
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures
• Autonomous, rigorous and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you are resolutely service-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable, you know how to effectively manage stress, priorities, and varied issues
• Endowed with a strong team spirit, you demonstrate diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills with all your contacts.
• Excellent command of French and English; Italian is an advantage
