Maison Wider SA is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator (M/F) to oversee import-export flows across our operations in Bussigny and Montreux. The role focuses on organizing transport, planning shipments, and ensuring strict adherence to Incoterms and customs regulations.

The successful candidate will manage documents, liaise with carriers and customs, and quickly propose solutions to disruptions. French and English fluency is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in freight forwarding or import-export department required.
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Organize and coordinate transport, plan and monitor shipments and international dispatches of our work.
• Prepare and check transport documents and import-export customs formalities.
• Ensure the application of the Incoterms defined for each shipment and compliance with customs procedures.
• Coordinate communications with internal departments, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Manage unforeseen events, delays, and emergencies by quickly proposing appropriate solutions.
