UNIQA Insurance Group is seeking an International Brand Expert to ensure a consistent brand presence across 14 countries. You will collaborate closely with local brand and marketing managers and agencies to implement the group-wide brand strategy and drive campaigns.

The role requires a degree in branding/marketing, international brand experience in CEE, strong data analysis, and fluency in German and English. Travel willingness and teamwork are essential.

In this role, you will ensure a consistent UNIQA brand presence across all 14 countries within the Group. Close collaboration and regular exchange with local brand and marketing managers as well as agencies foster a shared understanding of the brand strategy and the measures derived from it.

What We Expect

• Completed degree with a focus on branding or marketing (preferably from a university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international brand or marketing role within CEE markets
• Extensive knowledge of brand, campaign, and media management (both analog and digital)
• Passion for and a strong understanding of branding
• Experience working closely with creative and media agencies
• Strong data analysis skills
• Solid expertise in DAM and MRM platforms to optimize brand and marketing processes
• Effective communication skills in German and English
• Experience working with and enthusiasm for different cultures and languages
• Team-player mentality and willingness to share and further develop knowledge and experience with colleagues and agencies
• Structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven way of working, with a willingness to take responsibility
• Willingness to travel
