CASABLANCA hotelsoftware is seeking a Builder Engineer Internal Systems to own and enhance our internal technology landscape. You will design, build, and maintain systems and tools used daily by multiple teams, focusing on reliable, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with business, design and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into robust technical implementations and improving our internal toolchain and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in software engineering, ideally with web and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce systems and API-based integrations.
• Broad technical understanding across different systems and platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clean, efficient technical solutions.
• Structured, independent way of working with a hands-on mentality.
• Analytical thinking and ownership for your projects.
• Fluent in English and German at B2 level or above.
• Bonus: Experience with internal tool development or process automation.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain internal systems, tools and automations.
• Develop and manage integrations across platforms, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and flow between internal systems.
• Create internal dashboards, workflows and process automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design and IT.
• Improve and maintain our internal toolchain and development processes.
• Build and maintain internal web-based interfaces where needed.
