Aufgaben

• Assist in the calculation and analysis of the results from the internal real estate risk model
• Technical and methodological refinement of the real estate risk model and underlying models
• Development, programming, and maintenance of the tool used for model calculations
• Collaborate on processes related to the internal real estate risk model (model changes, use of results in business areas, documentation)
• Support VIG companies in using the real estate risk model
• Provide support on complex methodological, technical, and regulatory issues
