Qualifikationen

• Experience or solid knowledge in operational risk management or ICS, ideally in insurance.
• Interest in digital solutions and good understanding of processes and IT matters.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a structured approach to work.

Aufgaben

• Co-develop and maintain methods and standards in operational risk management, including optimization of existing approaches and use of best practices.
• Strengthen involvement of business units within the group-wide risk management framework and contribute to a strong risk culture.
• Continuously optimize and develop the ICS software solution focusing on digitalization, process automation, and improvements in reporting and data quality.
• Cross-functional coordination with various departments to ensure practical implementation of operational requirements and regulatory standards.
