Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Switzerland, seeks an Internal Control Manager to strengthen internal controls and risk management within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will conduct control reviews, assess risks, and drive improvements across finance and technology.

You will monitor ICFR, support regulatory exams, and maintain GRC systems while collaborating with global teams. The ideal candidate has SOX/ICFR expertise, 6+ years of experience, and professional certifications.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of experience in internal audit or internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of SOX and ICFR.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services is advantageous; external audit experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct internal control reviews to identify risks and improve controls.
• Support regulatory examinations and respond to external audits.
• Monitor findings, remediation plans, and owners for timely resolution.
• Maintain and use GRC systems for control monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate across functions to strengthen risk culture and awareness.
• Contribute to improving control frameworks, processes, and documentation.
• Assist with ICFR assessments, including IT controls.
