Zusammenfassung

Crypto Finance AG is seeking a Control Functions Specialist to join our Frankfurt team. You will coordinate the annual cycles for risk, compliance and AML analyses, DORA strategy, outsourcing strategy, and governance calendars, while supporting audit and regulatory activities.

As a generalist, you will contribute to the development of the Risk Operating Model, drive regulatory transformation initiatives, and manage third-party risk alongside stakeholders across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, law, economics, finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in risk management, regulatory affairs, internal control, audit, compliance or related regulated financial services role.
• Basic knowledge of risk management, outsourcing governance, operational resilience, DORA, ICT risk, information security or governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate annual cycles of risk, compliance & AML analyses, DORA strategy, and outsourcing strategy.
• Maintain governance calendars and support audits/regulatory activities.
• Improve transparency and governance across control functions.
• Develop Risk Operating Model and related governance frameworks.
• Support regulatory transformation projects and regulatory reporting.
