Swissquote is seeking a Head Controlling & Risk to lead a multidisciplinary team across risk disciplines. You will shape the risk framework, governance, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board. This role entails overseeing credit, market, liquidity and operational risk, and coordinating with regulators on Basel and FINMA expectations.

You will drive risk culture, strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of risk controls within a fast-growing digital bank.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role within banking or risk management.
• Experience with multiple risk disciplines and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong strategic leadership, business acumen and judgment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss banking regulation, FINMA and Basel standards.
• Ability to translate risk insights into board-level materials.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and department management across Controlling & Risk.
• Govern risk reporting to Risk Committee, Executive Management and Board.
• Own and improve the Group risk management framework and policies.
• Coordinate risk taxonomy, KRIs, incidents and remediation actions.
• Oversee credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk activities.
• Liaise with regulators and ensure regulatory alignment.
