Lonza is seeking a quality-focused professional to support QCII laboratories in maintaining GMP/ISO compliance and drive CAPA investigations. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure data integrity, and maintain documentation for audits.

The role emphasizes 6S, training contributions, and collaboration across quality and laboratory personnel to deliver robust quality programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in Quality Control, Compliance, and regulated environments.
• Basic understanding of GMP regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and laboratory personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Support QCII laboratories in maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO, and Quality requirements.
• Assist with CAPA implementation, investigation management, and timely closure of quality events.
• Partner with laboratory teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive and support Data Integrity, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and data management initiatives.
• Support 6S activities and help improve laboratory organization and operational excellence.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, SOPs, and compliance programs.
• Contribute to training activities, GEMBA walks, and the promotion of a strong quality implementation across QC II.
