Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a 1-year Intern for the QC Projects team to support activities across a diverse project portfolio. You will retrieve and consolidate data from QC systems, manage information in SharePoint, and collaborate with leaders and experts to meet project milestones.

• Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Good English skills; German is an advantage

• Support QC Projects in execution and coordination of activities across a diverse project portfolio
• Retrieve, consolidate, and maintain information from QC and business systems to support requests, deliverables, and business needs
• Manage and publish project-related information in SharePoint and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Collaborate with project leaders, technical experts, and operational teams to collect information from multiple stakeholders
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to help teams deliver on commitments and timelines
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and drive them with guidance from senior leaders
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or digitize recurring processes and data flows
• Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within QC Projects
• Contribute flexibly to additional project activities based on priorities and interests

As an intern within QCProjects, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational activities across multiple projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates (Bachelor’slevel or similar) eager to deepen their understanding of project management, quality control processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced GMP environment.

You will work closely with project leaders and technical experts, gaining broad exposure to QC activities while driving your own responsibilities and continuously developing your professional skills.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
