Zusammenfassung

University of Vienna invites applications for Vienna Doctoral School in Cognition, Behavior, and Neuroscience PhD positions (AUTUMN CALL 2026). The program offers two praedoc positions for 3 years under two CoBeNe PIs, with mentoring and interdisciplinary training.

Start date March 1, 2027, 30 hours weekly, with remote/hybrid options upon agreement. Successful candidates will conduct research, participate in teaching and administration, and aim to finalize their dissertation within 6–12 months.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in the respective study field (degree certificate available before admission).
• Not enrolled in the doctoral study program.
• English proficiency at a high level (official certificate not required).
• Project to be supervised by two CoBeNe PIs (second supervisor to be selected later).

• Plan and conduct empirical studies.
• Publish research results in international journals.
• Present findings at national and international conferences.
• Participate in new research projects.
• Participate in administrative tasks.
