Your goal is to design effective customer integration solutions without compromising our product standards.

You will also identify and propose improvements to our existing services/methods to enhance our headless approach. As part of a dynamic team, you will do this in coordination with the Product Manager and Development Teams.

You will document and share knowledge of our standard integration methods and service details. This information will be stored in our internal knowledge base (eCademy).

Your responsibilities also include training and coaching internal (company-wide) and external customers globally.

  • Support project managers and customers during API integration projects (inbound)
  • Manage stakeholder expectations (internal/external), understanding and addressing their needs
  • Provide end-user training on API usage (internal and external)
  • Translate customer use cases into technical implementation concepts (flowcharts, descriptions, JSON examples, Q&A meetings)
  • Identify and develop new interface requirements or improvements (services, methods) to ensure secure and efficient integrations
  • Coordinate new API demands with Product Management and Development, and oversee their implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date and clear API documentation (Swagger, Git, OpenApi, Flowcharts)
  • Manage API release processes in alignment with development
  • Oversee third-party outbound integrations (Payment Service Providers, Parking Systems, etc.), including version control and interface stability
Your profile:
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with interface standards
  • Working knowledge of Java and REST services for troubleshooting
  • Experience with API implementations (OpenAPI), development tools like Git, documentation tools like Swagger, and office applications like MS Office 365
  • Experience in customer care or consulting
  • Solution-oriented and logical thinking
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented work approach
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Language skills: English B2, German B2, French B1 (advantageous)
  • Home office (2 days/week)
  • Enjoyment of creative freedom within flat hierarchies
  • Opportunities for career development through further training
  • Parking spaces, including e-charging stations
  • E-pool car for private use (subject to availability)
  • Free fruit and coffee
  • Team room with table football
  • Employee events

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €3,843 gross per month (38.5 hours/week), with the possibility of higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications.
