As an integration and interface specialist, you will participate in customer-facing projects to understand their business demands (use cases) and map or bridge them to our standard use cases and integration approaches.

Your goal is to design robust customer integration solutions without compromising our product standards.

You will also identify and suggest improvements to our existing services and methods to enhance our headless approach, working in alignment with the Product Manager and Development Teams.

Additionally, you will document and share knowledge of our standard integration methods and services, archiving this information in our internal knowledge base (eCademy).

Your responsibilities include training and coaching internal teams and external customers worldwide.

Your Tasks
  1. Support project managers and customers during API integration projects (inbound).
  2. Manage stakeholder needs and expectations (internal/external).
  3. Conduct end-user training on API usage for internal teams and customers.
  4. Translate customer use cases into technical implementation concepts (flowcharts, descriptions, JSON examples, Q&A meetings).
  5. Identify new interface requirements and improvements to ensure secure and efficient integrations.
  6. Coordinate new API demands with Product Management and Development and oversee their implementation.
  7. Maintain up-to-date and clear API documentation (Swagger, Git, OpenApi, Flowcharts).
  8. Manage release of API services in coordination with development teams.
  9. Handle third-party outbound integrations (Payment Providers, Parking Systems, etc.), including version management and stakeholder alignment to ensure stable interfaces.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience with interface standards.
  • Proficiency in Java and REST services for troubleshooting interface issues.
  • Experience with API implementations (Open API), development tools like Git, documentation tools like Swagger, and office applications like MS Office 365.
  • Experience in customer care or consulting.
  • Solution-oriented and logical thinking.
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.
  • Interest in new technologies.
  • Language skills: English (B2), German (B2), French (B1) advantageous.
Your Benefits
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Meal vouchers (€4 per day).
  • Home office (2 days/week).
  • Flat hierarchies and creative freedom.
  • Career development through training opportunities.
  • Parking, including e-charging stations.
  • E-pool car for private use (availability permitting).
  • Corporate benefits.
  • Free fruit and coffee.
  • Team room with table football.
  • Employee events.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €3,843 gross/month (38.5 hours/week), with the possibility of a higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
