We are now looking for you to lead our R&D talents in various Innovation Projects in the Polyolefin, Hydrocarbons or Catalyst areas, as well as in the strategically important field of Circular Economy.
You will:
We are looking for a people-oriented individual with technical background in a field related to Borealis' business, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science/Engineering or similar.
You have prior experience as a project manager and already possess a PMI certification – or you are interested in obtaining a PMI certification with our support. However, as a commercial focus is crucial for this role, we are also eager to meet you, if your professional experience stems from a commercial / customer-centric role in Sales, Marketing or Innovation Management.
Your success in this role will largely depend on your ability to handle a variety of topics and to guide and lead people towards a common goal. You are excellent in communication, presentations, have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, and good facilitation and coaching skills. You will be working in an international and diverse team and environment where good teamwork and cooperation are key factors in your work.

Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 77.543,90 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
