FOUR PAWS Vienna Headquarters is seeking a dedicated professional to support commercial and estate-related processes. The role requires coordinating with relatives, authorities and notaries across Austria, with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have several years in a commercial setting (notary/lawyer desirable), strong German skills (C1), and proficiency in MS Office/SharePoint. A driving license B and a passion for animal welfare are important.

• Ideally, you have knowledge of inheritance law, which is necessary for the settlement of estates
• You are organised and precise, and you are able to maintain an overview of complex projects
• You are willing to travel throughout Austria for external appointments as required
• You have a confident manner when dealing with relatives, authorities and notaries
• You are a team player and inspire us with your positive mindset

Your profile ideally illustrates

• several years of experience in the commercial sector, preferably with a notary or lawyer, is desirable
• completed education in the commercial field e.g. Commercial Academy
• very good German language skills are required (C1)
• good English skills are an advantage

• proficient use of MS Office and MS SharePoint
• Driving License B
