Zusammenfassung

Proactive Global is seeking a Network Specialist to design and implement industrial networks for modern automation projects in the Product Development environment. You will own network design and architecture for automated customer systems, defining standards and topologies across hardware and software.

Based in Wels, Austria or Regensburg, Germany, you will collaborate with international teams, develop IIoT solutions, and ensure seamless integration of PROFINET and Ethernet-based systems.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or IT.
• Experience with industrial networks in automation/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PROFINET and Ethernet-based bus systems.
• Experience with IIoT protocols.
• German and English language skills.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure and maintain industrial control networks and automation infrastructure.
• Plan and develop network solutions for PROFINET, Ethernet-based systems and IIoT applications.
• Define network standards, topologies and technical specifications.
• Support product development teams on networking-related topics.
• Develop and enhance network technology across the product portfolio.
• Configure and optimise switches, gateways, access points and related network components.
• Document processes, standards and technical solutions to ensure long-term scalability and consistency.
