As an Industrial Engineer, you will support our European locations and provide your specialist knowledge in an advisory capacity. In your projects, you will take responsibility for reducing waste and developing new solutions in our production and assembly facilities. We also offer you the chance to get to know your colleagues, products, and the unique characteristics of our companies on site.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process optimization: Supporting our manufacturing and assembly plants in the EMEA region in developing efficient, lean, and sustainable production processes
• Analysis and improvements: Conducting flow studies, deriving process improvements, and balancing production lines
• Data management: Maintenance and continuous optimization of SAP master data
• Project management: Management and implementation of special projects, some of which are also cross-location projects
• Cost optimization: Preparation of cost analyses and calculations (target costing), benchmarking, and testing of new technologies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed training in metal technology
• Practical experience in leading projects
• Strong English skills (C1) and proficiency in standard office applications, basic knowledge of SAP, and foundational training in REFA (or equivalent)
• Excellent team and communication skills, along with a structured and independent approach to work
• Willingness to travel (about 30%, primarily in the EMEA region)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
