In-store Visual Merchandiser - Vienna F/M

Overview
MONCLER is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in Vienna as a Visual Merchandiser at our flagship store.
Your Impact
- Maintain boutique VM standards according to guidelines and Moncler standards.
- Participate in planning and preparing VM setups for different departments and rotations, in coordination with the Store Director.
- Install windows according to Moncler standards and manage product rotations.
- Ensure products are displayed following Moncler standards, enhancing collection visibility.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Regional and Global VM teams, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Manage products, optimize boutique tools, stock, and inventory.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all product categories and lead business growth through Visual Merchandising.
- Act as a role model for VM in the boutique, training Floor and BO teams with enthusiasm, and collaborating on product selection and presentation.
- Use visual merchandising to drive sales and enrich the client experience during in-store events.
- Ensure VM standards are maintained during in-store events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fashion, art, and culture.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-initiative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English.
