Brau Union Österreich, a HEINEKEN subsidiary in Austria, seeks an in-house Legal Counsel/Jurist to steer corporate law, contract management and regulatory compliance across an FMCG footprint. You will partner with business units to craft compliant agreements, manage risk, and advise on cross-border matters within the HEINEKEN group.

The role requires strong German and English, a robust professional track record in corporate law, and the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable

Qualificações

• Experience in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business strategies for an FMCG environment.
• Proficiency in German and English for cross-border advisory within HEINEKEN.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts to protect the company interests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Austrian, EU laws and internal policies.
• Communicate legal risks to non-legal executives and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts and supply chain operations.
