Job summary

Arcwide Inc. is seeking a motivated IFS Cloud ERP consultant specializing in Supply Chain modules in Austria. You will gather requirements, design ERP configurations, and tailor IFS Cloud solutions to client needs, guiding them from discovery to go-live.

You will work with clients to optimize processes, configure modules, and provide ongoing support while collaborating with project teams. Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Supply Chain module areas.
• Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to customer site as required by project demands.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules.
• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs.
• Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications.
• Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices.
• Support post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.
