Job summary

Arcwide is seeking a motivated professional to lead end-to-end ERP implementations in Graz, Austria, helping clients transform their business processes and adopt best practices. You will drive delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure value realization for diverse industries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multi-workstream projects, and travel to customer sites as needed while contributing to Arcwide’s knowledge base and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle ERP implementations experience in consultancy or SI.
• Strong project management background delivering complex projects.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of ERP processes.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for clients across industries, delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality.

• Monitor progress using PRINCE2, Waterfall; manage risks and resolve issues.

What you can expect from the role:

• Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud ERP implementations for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources.
• Ensure alignment between functional and technical workstreams within the IFS implementation.
• Monitor project progress using structured, phase-based implementation methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Waterfall), manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive change management and support client adoption strategies to secure long-term project success.
• Contribute to Arcwide’s internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members where needed.

What we will look for in your CV:

• Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations within a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
• Strong background in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects for mid-to-large organisations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organisation.
• Deep understanding of ERP processes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Relevant project management certification is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
