Andritz AG seeks a Hydraulic Design & CFD Engineer (m/f/d) to join the Hydraulic Engineering team at the Pump Technology Center in Graz, Austria. Coordinate hydraulic developments, run CFD simulations, and support test stand measurements to advance component efficiency and reliability.

You will work with experts, apply measurement technology, and leverage programming skills (Python, VBA) to bridge theory and practice. A hybrid work model and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in CFD and hydraulic design.
• Expertise in hydraulic turbomachinery.
• Programming skills (Python, VBA, OOP).
• Knowledge in measurement technology.
• Responsible and inquisitive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate hydraulic developments and theoretical studies.
• Prepare and execute CFD simulations.
• Guide and support test stand measurements.
• Evaluate test results to close the loop between theory and practice.
• Develop testing technologies with experts.
• Improve hydraulic components for efficiency and cavitation.
• Design hydraulic components (impellers, spiral casings, etc.).
• Prepare reports and papers.
