Your Role at a Glance

This is more than just another Senior Accountant role. It’s your stepping stone into management and leadership. You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients, provide strategic financial guidance, and start leading and mentoring a growing team.

You’ll be supported to sharpen your leadership skills while still delivering hands-on accounting and advisory services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisor – Be the trusted point of contact for our clients
• Strategic Partner – Deliver clear insights in tax, compliance, and financial advisory
• Team Mentor – Support and guide junior staff as you grow into leadership
• Quality Oversight – Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting services
• Growth Mindset – Spot opportunities to enhance client value & success and firm growth

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Excited to step into leadership and mentoring
• Experienced – 5+ years in Australian Public Practice
• Tech-savvy with Xero, FYI, Ignition, Microsoft Office etc
• A confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
• Proactive, solution-focused, and motivated with a positive attitude
