Qualifikationen

• Extensive pharma industry experience, especially in oncology/hematology or related specialties.
• Proven track record in Key Account Management with defined territory responsibility.
• Strong understanding of healthcare account ecosystems, procurement processes and clinical decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals, hospital networks and key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans based on hematology and AML market insights.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and other partners to maximize impact.
• Lead educational activities, product presentations and training to support appropriate product use and patient care.
• Analyze account performance, market trends and KPIs while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
