The role is hybrid, with the opportunity to gain practical skills in data-driven solutions, dashboards, and automation while pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing, or recently completed, a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, AI, automation, and digital solutions.
• Practical knowledge of programming and data handling tools, preferably Python; familiarity with C#, databases, or API-based integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable working with large and unstructured datasets and translating them into structured insights.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of information flow in business processes.
• English communication; German is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or eligible to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Analyzing data sources used by the sales organization, including offer documentation, SharePoint repositories, internal sales tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Understanding how commercial, pricing, business, and technical information is created, managed, and used across the sales process.
• Identifying opportunities to structure data more effectively and support the development of automated workflows, dashboards, or analytical modules.
• Collaborating with sales and other stakeholders to document current practices and support implementation of data-driven solutions.
