hello again GmbH is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to bridge business goals with cutting-edge AI, turning data into scalable value for loyalty platforms in Austria. You will design AI solutions, prototype models, and collaborate with product and development teams to evolve the platform from a tool to run loyalty into a system that runs loyalty and proves it works.

You’ll work on data science, ML models for personalization, LLM integration, RAG grounding, and production-ready data pipelines,

• Experience translating business needs into technical AI solutions.
• Hands-on Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Practical grasp of ML fundamentals and predictive modeling.
