Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken French and English skills are mandatory.
• Additional language skills are an advantage, especially Italian.
• Previous experience in customer support or a service-oriented role is an advantage.
• Very good PC skills, including typing and using different tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional and timely customer support via email and chat across gaming platforms and apps
• Explain games, game rules, and platform features while assisting customers
• Assist customers with purchases and account-related questions
• Provide basic technical support (e.g., browser settings, cookies, software updates)
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward suitable solutions
• Respond to app store reviews as required
• Stay updated with products, processes and internal procedures to ensure accurate communication
• Participate in projects and support additional initiatives within the Customer Support team
