ABB invites you to join as a Business & Data Analytics Project Specialist in Austria. You will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, turning complex questions into structured, meaningful solutions with senior stakeholders. The role offers onsite work with 10 home office days per month, guiding priorities and reporting initiatives.

You will own projects end-to-end, manage objectives and governance, and help shape KPI-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of professional experience in business analytics, project management, consulting, controlling, data-driven business functions or a similar field.
• Studies in related discipline such as Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
• Enjoy engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management.
• Analytical thinking with a strategic mindset; turn complex questions into structured approaches and clear priorities.
• Resourceful and curious; willing to listen, ask questions, learn the business and improve ways of working.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP or other reporting and data tools; Snowflake or Salesforce are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, translate requests into clear priorities, KPIs and actionable requirements.
• Analyze structures, identify improvements and develop practical solutions with the business.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, defining objectives, milestones, governance and success measures.
• Act as a sparring partner, bringing business insight, analytical thinking and structured decision-making.
