Job summary

Rohlik Group a.s. is seeking a Process Engineer to own end-to-end improvement projects across our fulfillment network, spanning hardware robotics and software orchestration.

You will identify opportunities on the warehouse floor and in data, build business cases, and deliver live solutions with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors on site. The role requires 3+ years in warehouse automation, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years in warehouse automation and end-to-end project ownership
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
• Excellent English communication and on-site availability

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement potential across fulfillment network using automation or process redesign
• Own business case, throughput gains, labor impact, and payback estimates
• Deliver end-to-end solutions—hardware, software or both
• Standardise work into templates and playbooks for future projects
• Lead end-to-end implementation on site with internal teams, vendors and contractors
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations across the lifecycle from requirements to handover
• Feed insights into automation roadmap and warehouse planning
• Translate data into prioritized improvement opportunities for leadership
