Qualifikationen

  • 3-5 years of reporting experience as an HR Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or Business or Systems Analyst.
  • Proficiency in HR technology like Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

HR Reporting Analyst (f/m/d)

The HR Reporting Analyst will be a key player in the team providing advanced reports needed by HR functions in support of the business needs. Collaboration will be fostered, and the HR reporting analyst will deliver reports and dashboards while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of the data provided.

You will play a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data across 3 regions in Europe.

  • Lead efforts to analyze and optimize report performance
  • Collect, aggregate, maintain and improve HR data quality
  • Collaborate with HR team globally and business stakeholders on new dashboards and analytics
  • Analyze current HRIS and data collection process to identify and maximize alignment and automatization across regions
  • Generate reports, dashboards and follow-up on employee costs and budget
  • Collect and provide HRBPs with salary benchmarking
  • Assist in developing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries

#yoursuperpowers

  • 3-5 years of reporting experience as an HR Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or Business or Systems Analyst (preferably with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP or similar)
  • Highly data-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling
  • Great communicator who can use data and analytics technology to solve business problems and influence executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, data processing and HR employee lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with global and country level data collection processes and development of analytics that support HR initiatives
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
  • Power BI, or Qlik to create HR dashboards and reports
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
