HR Manager Training & Development

The Manager Training & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and growth across all Jungbunzlauer production sites. This role involves assessing training needs, creating learning initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Local HR Manager in annual workforce reviews to identify training and development needs.
  • Develop and implement training strategies for line managers, shift leaders, and operators.
  • Review and improve local apprenticeship programs in collaboration with the local HR Manager.
  • Create and deliver training on topics such as leadership, technical skills, and soft skills.
  • Enhance onboarding and training processes for operators and develop an operator development program.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support employee development through coaching line managers.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Business-fluent in German and English.
