Collaboration in the Human Resources department, which is available to the management team, executives and all employees as a point of contact for all personnel and organization-related issues and covers all HR activities along the employee lifecycle - from employee search to onboarding, training, personnel administration and time recording through to leaving.

Role Responsibilities Include

  • In this role, you will actively support our dedicated HR team in Wels and gain valuable experience across all areas of human resources.
  • You will be involved in the entire employee journey – from drafting job advertisements and coordinating with internal departments and external partners to onboarding new team members.
  • You will be the first point of contact for personnel-related questions and provide support on labour law matters.
  • A strong focus of your role will be on HR administration: preparing and managing employment contracts, reference letters, and other relevant HR documents.
  • You will also coordinate training and development activities in close collaboration with internal departments and external providers.
  • Supporting offboarding processes rounds off your versatile HR profile.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • You are studying/has studied in the field of Human Resource Management or economics in Focus on Human Resource Management.
  • Initial professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a growing company.
  • Hands-on mentality and growth-mindset
  • Experience with state-of-the-art HR best practices
  • Track-record in designing and introducing/supporting new HR tools
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Very good German and English language skills (the company language is English)
  • Good knowledge of Austrian labour laws
  • BMD knowledge would be a PLUS

The minimum gross salary acc. to collective labour agreement (EEI) is planned at EUR 3.251,09 per month for fulltime 38,5 hours per week (14x p.a.), with a willingness to pay more for appropriate qualifications and experience. In addition, we voluntarily offer comprehensive benefits and an attractive personnel development programme.

  • For organisational and functional reasons, this position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week . Part-time models above this level are possible to negotiate.
