As an HR-Consultant (f/m/x) at Anton Paar, you will ensure smooth operations in payroll, travel expense accounting, and time management. You will optimize existing processes at the interface between HR and IT. The focus is on process design and improvement – not on operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the design and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems (focus: SAP HCM payroll, travel expense accounting, and time management)
• Training and supporting key users in all process-related topics
• Ensuring and maintaining process documentation, as well as creating training materials
• Acting as the central interface between HR and IT

Requirements:

• Completed education in payroll accounting and/or several years of relevant experience with SAP HCM
• In-depth knowledge of payroll, labor law, and social security/tax regulations
• Experience with SAP HCM
• Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills in both German and English

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.900 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
