With more than 400 years of experience in papermaking, Sappi Gratkorn develops and produces high-quality, multi-coated paper using the latest technologies.

To strengthen our local HR team Austria, we are looking for a HR Business Partner in part-time, who contributes to the development and integration of an innovative, ambitious HR policy, which is distinctive and tailored to the needs of the organisation and our employees.

In this role you are reporting to the HR Manager Austria.

Role and responsibilities:

  • lead digitisation of Learning & Development processes, be an inspiring driving force in digital transformation ensuring an unique positive employee experience
  • actively contribute to the enhancement of global Sappi tools for performance management, talent management and learning
  • execute the Global Sappi learning strategy at the location Gratkorn in close collaboration with the Sappi Organisation & Development team and the local HR team and manage the local training process
  • be the ambassador of the digital learning and performance platform for Gratkorn
  • you are always up to date with trends in Learning & Development
  • coordinate and execute learning programmes aligned to the business needs
  • evaluate our 2-year engagement survey and define measures with the departments and follow up of initiatives in order to increase employee engagement

Location:

This is a part time-job (30 hours) and is located in Gratkorn.

Required qualifications:

  • University degree, min. 5 years experience in an HR-role, background in Learning & Development is beneficial
  • experience in Cornerstone be an advantage
  • you are skilled in using complex software tools
  • your dynamic and flexible attitude making of you an inspiring, change-minded and professional colleague
  • you have a very good oral and written knowledge of English and German
  • you have good knowledge of MS Office
