As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making regarding people.

Your Tasks

• Analyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the business
• Partnering with various stakeholders to identify key questions where data-driven decision-making could bring the biggest value
• Developing predictive models to identify future outlooks
• Developing and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Relevant experience in data analysis; programming skills in Python or SQL
• Understanding of HR practices and processes
• Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with regression, correlation, and predictive analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
