Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is seeking a part-time Housekeeper (M/W/X) for St. Anton. You will maintain immaculate luxury chalets and create a warm, guest-focused environment, working 10–20 hours per week under CCNT guidelines. The role suits someone with attention to detail, a strong work ethic and passion for service in a premium alpine setting.

Flexibility for weekend work during high season and a collaborative team approach are expected. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

This position is a part-time contract between 10 hours to 20 hours per week - starting from 4th of December 2026 to 18th of April 2027.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our luxury properties and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. Working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that chalets meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort every day.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for service in a luxury environment.

Daily Housekeeping & Chalet Maintenance

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standard
• Carry out daily tidy-ups and deep cleans on arrival/departure days
• Change bed linen and towels regularly, ensuring a crisp and fresh presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of staff areas where applicable
• Manage in-chalet laundry duties, including guest items (where applicable)
• Monitor and restock linen, towels, robes, and amenities
• Ensure all laundry is presented and stored correctly
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols for cleaning, laundry, and product use
• Keep housekeeping storage areas clean and organised
• Report any accidents or hazards immediately to management

Bramble Ski operates under the CCNT (Swiss hospitality collective agreement). Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays is expected, particularly during high season.

Schedules are organized on a rotating basis and shared at least one week in advance in coordination with the resort team, in line with CCNT working time and rest period regulations.

Overtime is managed in accordance with CCNT rules and compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as applicable.

All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with CCNT requirements, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure compliance.
