Job summary

Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist in St. Anton is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the immaculate presentation of our luxury chalets and create a warm, guest‑focused environment.

This seasonal role runs 40 hours per week from 27 November 2026 to 18 April 2027, with duties including daily housekeeping, linen care, and in‑chalet laundry. The position suits someone with high attention to detail and a passion for service in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in professional housekeeping, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining pristine environments.
• Discreet, respectful, and guest-focused, with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and repetitive routines.
• Basic English; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping and chalet maintenance to the highest standard.
• Carry out daily tidy-ups and deep cleans on arrival/departure days.
• Change bed linen and towels regularly for a crisp presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of staff areas where applicable.
• Manage in-chalet laundry duties, including guest items where applicable.
• Monitor and restock linen, towels, robes, and amenities.
• Ensure all laundry is presented and stored correctly.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols for cleaning, laundry, and product use.
• Keep housekeeping storage areas clean and organized.
• Report accidents or hazards immediately to management.
• Weekend work may be required during high season; schedules rotate compliant with Austrian rules.

This position is a part‑time contract 40 hours (100%) - starting from 27th of November 2026 to 18th of April 2027.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our luxury properties and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. Working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that chalets meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort every day.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for service in a luxury environment.

Daily Housekeeping & Chalet Maintenance

Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standard

Carry out daily tidy‑ups and deep cleans on arrival/departure days

Change bed linen and towels regularly, ensuring a crisp and fresh presentation

Maintain cleanliness of staff areas where applicable

Manage in‑chalet laundry duties, including guest items (where applicable)

Monitor and restock linen, towels, robes, and amenities

Ensure all laundry is presented and stored correctly

Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols for cleaning, laundry, and product use

Keep housekeeping storage areas clean and organised

Report any accidents or hazards immediately to management

Bramble Ski operates in accordance with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements.. Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required, particularly during high season.

Working schedules are organized on a rotating basis and communicated at least one week in advance, in coordination with the wider team. All scheduling complies with Austrian regulations on working time, rest periods, and maximum weekly working hours.
