Responsibilities

Our hotels are managed like small businesses, and our Hotel Managers understand that genuine success depends on focusing on key commercial drivers. Supported by a passionate shared-services and operations team, you'll bring creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a hands-on approach to drive your business’s success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising business turnover and operational profit
  • Designing, executing, and driving business development and growth
  • Building a high-performance team aligned with our core values
  • Managing daily hotel operations in line with our Veri-Best Framework
  • Enhancing guest satisfaction and management
  • Ensuring business compliance and critical incident management
  • Overseeing facility and asset management
  • Handling management administration and reporting

  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain before starting)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willing to obtain before starting)

  • Ability to resolve problems and handle complaints effectively
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
