The Cloud One Wien-Staatsoper sucht eine/n Hospitality Agent Front Office, die/der Gäste willkommen heißt und den ersten Kontaktpunkt im Hotel bildet. Sie beraten Gäste beim Check-in/out, geben Citytips und bearbeiten Reservierungsanfragen per Telefon/Email.

Sie arbeiten kundenorientiert in einem multikulturellen Team, unterstützen abteilungsübergreifend und tragen zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt unserer Gäste in Wien bei.

Qualifikationen

• Deutsch- und Englischkommunikation sicher beherrschen.
• Gastgeber-Qualität mit Fokus auf Service exzellenz.
• Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und bereichsübergreifende Unterstützung.

Aufgaben

• Begrüßung und Check-in/-out der Gäste.
• Gästen Tipps zu Stadt und Umgebung geben.
• Telefonische und Email-Kommunikation; Reservierungsanfragen bearbeiten.

As a Hospitality Agent Front Office at The Cloud One Hotels, you embody the crucial role of being the initial point of contact for our guests, setting the tone with your appearance, whether it's extending a warm welcome at the reception or providing assistance over the phone from the front desk. At The Cloud One Hotels, our goal is to foster an environment where both guests and team members feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed! Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding and supporting our guests seamlessly from check-in to check-out
• Enriching guest experiences by sharing insights and tips about the city and its surrounding areas
• Engaging in effective communication with guests via phone and email, adeptly managing reservation inquiries and navigating through overbooking situations and alternative options
• Handling invoices, including cost coverage management, cash handling, and settlement procedures
• Organizational and administrative responsibilities across both the front and back-office areas
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
