PremiAir is a fast-growing Hire/Service company that specialises in the hire, service and sales of air compressors, generators, lighting towers, message boards and traffic management equipment as well as providing on-site diesel refuelling services. PremiAir has 14 depots across the country and in everyone, we are committed to providing our customers with unrivalled service excellence and efficient solutions.

About the Role

Due to unprecedented customer demand and business growth, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced person to join the Operations team at our state-of-the-art depot at Darra.

Reporting to the State Manager, the overall objective of this role is to assist in the running of the QLD operations for PremiAir Services and as one of the Operations personnel, you will be required to work across all areas of the business.

Duties

  1. Data entering of contracts and purchase orders
  2. Process contracts, delivery and collection notes
  3. Customer invoicing
  4. Various administrative functions carried out with a high attention to detail
  5. Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  6. Arranging transport and logistics movements

Skills and Experience

You must be highly motivated, well organised and be a positive thinker.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  1. Previous experience in or knowledge of the Hire Industry, Transport or in a similar operations role
  2. Ability to prioritise and have good time-management skills
  3. Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
  4. Reliable and punctual
  5. Possess a Can-Do attitude
