Health/Safety/Environment-Corporate Social Responsibility Manager/in (m/w/d)

Position Overview

Zeppelin Österreich GmbH, a leader in the distribution of construction equipment, is seeking a dedicated Health/Safety/Environment-Corporate Social Responsibility Manager/in (m/w/d) to join our team in Fischamend near Vienna. This role involves managing and developing our environmental and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the energy management system towards an integrated management system.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits by auditors and certification bodies.
• Collaborate with corporate responsibility teams on IMS and CSR initiatives.
• Manage data collection, evaluation, and reporting for internal and external portals (e.g., EcoVadis, REACH).
• Advise site managers on HSE/CSR issues and support safety initiatives.
• Handle waste management responsibilities, including reporting obligations and system management.
• Monitor and manage EU F-Gas quotas and report accordingly.
• Maintain the legal register and support occupational safety measures.
• Prepare employee training sessions based on corporate templates.
• Handle customer inquiries related to REACH regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Technical or commercial education with technical understanding (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, HLW, HAS, HTL).
• Experience with management systems ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001; certifications in energy and waste management are advantageous.
• Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety laws and standards.
• Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to motivate and engage leadership and staff on HSE/CSR topics.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Fluent in German and English; excellent MS Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
