As the Health Centre Manager at Anglican Church Grammar School, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the department. This permanent part-time position (38 hours a week, 40 weeks a year) requires a dedicated individual with strong organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Health Centre, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services to our community.
  • Developing and implementing health policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Supervising and leading a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with external healthcare providers, specialists, and community organisations to enhance the overall health and wellbeing support for the school community.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student and staff health information while ensuring strict confidentiality.

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Experience in use of Data/Health systems
  • Actively participating in risk management and quality improvement to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
