Interim Head of Product

Our client is a dynamic, private equity-backed SaaS company undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and growth. They are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Product to lead and optimize the product function during a critical phase of strategic review and roadmap execution. They will play a key role in reshaping the product organization and driving forward a future-focused product and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and restructure the current product teams to improve efficiency, accountability, and delivery.
• Provide coaching and leadership to product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with company leadership and the PE firm to evaluate the current product portfolio.
• Identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for consolidation, enhancement, or innovation.
• Develop and begin executing a comprehensive product and technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Act as the main product interface for internal leadership and PE investors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Head of Product or VP Product roles.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Strong track record of product team optimization and strategic roadmap development.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP technologies and their application within product ecosystems.
• Strong Technical understanding across multiple technologies.
• Fluent English, German a plus.
