The Role

From recruiting and nurturing a powerhouse team of Occupational Therapists (OTs), physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff to collaborating with the CEO and Chief Product Officer on game-changing strategies, you'll be at the heart of our evolution. Key Responsibilities

• Champion Service Excellence: Lead and elevate service delivery across allied health and disability services, ensuring every client interaction is seamless, impactful, and transformative.
