You will own and drive strategy across all digital performance marketing channels, including paid search (SEM), SEO, social performance, affiliate, programmatic, and retargeting.

This newly created role will see you build and mentor a high-performing team across performance marketing and digital eCommerce platforms. You will lead the CRO strategy and execution across web and app platforms, optimising user flows and conversion funnels.

This role offers the chance to make a profound impact on the future of travel experiences, blending entrepreneurial spirit with the resources to bring bold ideas to life. If you're ready to lead a dynamic team and shape the next chapter of digital travel, this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities of the role will include -

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in media consumption, audience targeting, and measurement technologies to enhance reach, frequency, and impact.
  • Leverage first- and third-party data to improve media targeting, personalisation, and attribution, including consideration buy vs build modelling options to improve outcomes.

Digital Performance & Optimization

  • Lead continuous optimisation of acquisition campaigns based on performance data and KPIs (ie. eCPA, CTR, CVR).
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure performance media strategies are informed by first-party data insights and audience segmentation.
  • Work in lockstep with CRM and content teams to align media with lifecycle stages, owned channel campaigns, and broader customer journey goals.
  • Continue to evolve our SEO strategy to drive conversion outcomes, particularly in light of changing customer search behaviours
  • Accelerate AI to improve ways of working and activity for better business outcomes
  • Manage and prioritise A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve conversion and engagement rates.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Tech teams to deliver seamless, high-converting user experiences.
  • Implement and/or optimise the right suite of analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar) to gather insights and identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, CRM and Technology to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
  • Regularly report on media effectiveness and digital performance to senior leadership, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive AI learning and adoption across the team for relevant use cases

Skills & Experience

Your expertise in digital performance marketing, including paid search, SEO, social performance, and programmatic advertising, will be crucial in driving our success. As a leader, you'll mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing outcomes. Your strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into impactful strategies will set you apart. If you have a proven track record in media planning and buying, digital marketing, and growth roles, we want to hear from you!
