Are you ready to take responsibility and play a key role in advancing our Finance department? This position offers you plenty of creative freedom. Your tasks and areas of focus will be tailored to your individual strengths and interests, in alignment with our CFO.

Responsibilities
  • Transparency and Control: Ensure clear financial and earnings reporting, including liquidity planning and management.
  • Closing Excellence: Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual (consolidated) financial statements in accordance with UGB, with a future perspective on IFRS.
  • Accounting Leadership: Manage group-wide financial accounting, including VAT reporting and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Advisory Role: Act as the main contact for auditors, tax advisors, authorities, and internal colleagues regarding accounting and tax-related questions.
  • Standardization: Define and maintain company-wide accounting policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle and operational controlling.
Your Profile
  • A solid qualification (e.g., university degree or relevant certifications) and several years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controlling.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Proficiency in standard financial systems and software solutions for planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • High integrity and familiarity with data protection and compliance standards.
  • Fluency in German and English at a business level.

We will agree on a market-competitive salary based on your professional and personal qualifications. The legally required minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 43,828.40 gross per year, with a strong willingness to offer a significant overpayment.
